ПАРВОВИРУС В19 ЧЕЛОВЕКА: ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ВОЗБУДИТЕЛЯ, РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИЕ И ДИАГНОСТИКА ОБУСЛОВЛЕННОЙ ИМ ИНФЕКЦИИ

Аннотация

Резюме. В обзоре изложены современные знания о морфологии и структурно-функциональной организации генома парвовируса В19, циркулирующих генотипах вируса. Дана клинико-эпидемиологическая характеристика парвовирусной инфекции (ПВИ). Представлены сведения о распространении ПВИ в разных регионах России и полученные авторами данные о превалентности инфекции в СЗФО РФ, в том числе в основной группе риска — среди беременных женщин. Описаны методы лабораторной диагностики постанатальной и врожденной ПВИ.
